Dr. Braulio Villegas Martinez from the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, in Puebla, Mexico, will visit Notre Dame on Tuesday, February 18.  He is available to meet with faculty and students while on campus, and will give an afternoon seminar.
