Ahmed Khalil joined the Center for Research Computing in 2020 as a data center technician. Ahmed was promoted to RC System Administrator Engineer in 2022. Ahmed is responsible for monitoring CRCs systems by daily review of graphical and text based status logs to identify systems which have entered a various number of alarm states and resolve the alarm. He is also responsible for virtualization. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with an Associate in Applied Science Information Technology with five industry certifications. Ahmed will finish his Bachelor’s degree in Network Operations and Security in 2023.
