David Barstis joined Notre Dame in 1994 as a Network Engineer with the Networking Group in the Office of University Computing (now the Office of Information Technologies). He served as the University's web server administrator, an application programmer, a database administrator, a systems administrator and network engineer.  Most recently he administered the DNS/DHCP servers on campus. David is a 1986 graduate of Aquinas College with a bachelor's in Computer Information Systems.
